TUŽILAŠTVO FORMIRALO PREDMET: Iz Luke Bar ukradeno 1.160 paketa cigareta
U Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Baru formiran je predmet odmah nakon dobijanja obavještenja da je obijen hangar u Luci Bar i da je iz njega otuđena veća količina cigareta vlasništvo firmi Aurora i Atlant Mont.
Tužiteljka Radmila Gačević je službenicima policije izdala nalog da izvrše uviđaj, izuzmu tragove radi potrebnih forenzičkih vještačenja, te da izuzmu video nadzor sa bezbjednosnih kamera u cilju pronalaska izvršioca ovog krivičnog djela.
“Osim toga naloženo je da se izvrši popis robe u hangaru, radi utvrđivanja tačne količine i vrijednosti oduzetih cigareta”, navode iz Tužiaštva.
O obijanju hangara tužitelja je obaviještena danas u 11.30 časova.
Ukradeno je 1.160 paketa cigareta marke “Marbl”, čijom prodajom bi se ostvario profit od preko pola miliona eura.
