UBISTVO NEMANJE MEDINA: Vladimiru Ulami godina zatvora za prijetnje tužiocu
Viši sud u Bijelom Polju preinačio je presudu Vladimu Ulami iz Bara sa šest mjeseci na godinu zbog prijetnji tužiocu Željku Tomkoviću tokom istražnog postupka koji se vodi protiv njega zbog ubistva Petrovčanina Nemanje Medina potvrđeno je Pobjedi iz tog suda.
Prvostepenu presudu donio je kolašinski Osnovni sud za krivično djelo napad na službeno lice u vršenju službene radnje. U presudi Višeg suda navedeno je da je veća kazna uslijedila jer se radi o povratniku i da prethodna kazna nije uticala na njega.
Ulama se tužiocu obratio riječima “Sramota je što nevin ležim u zatvoru, Vi ćete mi platiti za to.”
Kasnije je tvrdio da se ne radi o prijetnjama, već da je to saopštio misleći da će tužilac novčano morati da mu plati.
Nemanja Medin nestao je 8. jula 2016. godine. Iako još nije pronađen, Tužilaštvo tereti Ulamu i Mijovića da su ga tog dana povrijedili, zatim strpali u gepek njegovog ,,megana, odvezli na nepoznato mjesto, ubili ga na za sada nepoznat način i sakrili njegovo tijelo. Terete su da su potom i zapalili automobil, koji je pronađen četiri dana kasnije pored lokalnog puta Virpazar Rijeka Crnojevića.
Osim Ulame i Mijovića, optužnicom je obuhvaćen i Bogdan Milić, koji se sumnjiči za krivično djelo pomoć učiniocu poslije izvršenog krivičnog djela.
