Učiteljica PRODAVALA DROGU za narko bandu
Marihuana i amfetamin oduzeti su od pojedinih optuženih u slučaju “Fortuna” utvrđeno je ovo vještačenjem koje je predstavljeno u banjalučkom Okružnom sudu na nastavku suđenja Adi Porči i drugima.
– U uzorcima biljnog materijala i praha koji su prema navodima Tužiteljstva oduzeti od optuženih Porče, Snježane Balić Petrešin, Emira Arnauta i Predraga Leburića otkrila sam da sadrže amfetamin i opijat tetrahidrokanabinol. Taj opijat je sastojak indijske konoplje, odnosno marihuane, kazala je vještakinja Vesna Matić.
Osim, Porče, Petrešin, Arnauta i Leburića sudi se i Alenu Nakaradiću. Kod njega je tokom istrage pronađeno više sjemenki indijske konoplje u kojima, kako je kazala vještakinja Matić, nije bilo opijata.
Juče je svjedočio i Amer Kovačević koji je istakao da zna da je optuženi Porča koristio drogu marihuanu.
– Sa Porčom sam se čuo više puta telefonom, ali sa njim nikada nisam dogovarao preprodaju droge. Narkotike od njega nisam kupovao, kazao je Kovačević.
Prema optužnici učiteljica Balić-Petrešin i ostali optuženi marihuanu i speed prodavali su od februara 2013. do januara 2014. godine na području Prnjavora i Dervente. Drogu su kupovaliod nepoznatih osoba, a sa korisnicima su se o cijeni, količini i mjestu isporuke dogovarali putem mobilnih telefona.
Drogu su prodavali zavisno od količine i vrste po cijenama od 10 do 50 maraka. Balić-Petrašin je optužena da je i pored saradnje sa ostalim članovima grupe, drogu kupovala i prodavala samostalno.
Svi optuženi uhapšeni su u januaru 2014. godine u policijskoj akciji kodnog naziva “Fortuna”. Balić-Petrešin u vrijeme hapšenja radila je kao učiteljica u Osnovnoj školi “Miloš Crnjanski” u Potočarima kod Prnjavora.
