UGOSTITELJI NAJAVILI MASOVNE PROTESTE: Zatvaranje noćnih klubova u jeku sezone nepromišljeno i diskriminatorno
NVO Ugostitelji Crne Gore je poručila nadležnim organima da donošenje mjera u cilju suzbijanja širenja virusa COVID 19, koje uključuje ograničavanje rada ugostiteljskih objekata, u ovom trenutku može imati dalekosežne posljedice po ekonomski oporavak i dovodi u pitanje opstanak mnogih ugostiteljskih objekata. Iz te organizacije su kazali da će mnogi ugostitelji bojkovati trenutne mjere, a da će, ako se one produže, doći i do masovnih protesta.

Donošenje mjera koje predviđaju privremenu zabranu rada diskoteka, disko klubova i barova i noćnih klubova i barova na otvorenom i u zatvorenom prostoru u vrhuncu sezone je nepromišljena odluka, koja, kako tvrde ugostitelji, diskriminiše pojedine ugostitelje.

Nažalost, dodaju, Vlada Crne Gore ne pokazuje empatiju prema ovim grupama ljudi, od kojih se mnogi nalaze na rubu egzistencije, i nepromišljeno najavljuje obustavu rada.
“Ovako neodgovoran stav i ad hoc odluke ne mogu biti dobre za finansijsku stabilnost, ali ni za dalji razvoj epidemiološke situcije”, ocjenjuju Ugostitelji Crne Gore.
Navode i da razumiju neizvjesnost epidemiološke situacije i zabrinost u pogledu pogoršanja trenutne situacije, koja je dijelom prozrokovana i zbog nepoštovanja mjera unutar pojedinih ugostiteljskih objekata.
“Međutim, napominjemo da je veliki priliv turista onemogućio i ugostitelje da nesmetano kontrolišu poštovanje mjera. Još jednom, skrećemo pažnju da ovakve odluke stavljaju u diskriminatorski položaj određene ugostitelje i da Vlada mora prekinuti sa takvim ponašanjem”, poručuju iz te NVO.
Kako ističu, shodno velikom broju upita i žalbi koje su dobili po pitanju najavljenih mjera, možemo zaključiti da će mnogi ugostitelji bojkovati trenutne mjere, a u slučaju da se one produže, da će doći i do masonih protesta, koji mogu znatno pogoršati epidemiološku situaciju, a i ugroziti trustičku sezonu.
“Nadamo se da će nadležne instutucije shvatiti ozbiljnost situacija i pokazati ozbiljnost, te pronaći određeni model koji bi omogućio rad svih ugostiteljskih objekata uz poštovanje epidemioloških mjera”, zaključuju u NVO Ugostitelji Crne Gore.
