UHAPŠEN PODGORIČANIN LUKA AJKOVIĆ (28)
Podgorička policija uhapsila je Luku Ajkovića (28) koji je preksinoć, kako se sumnja, bacio dinamit u dvorište M.L. u Berislavcima u Zeti. Naime, policija je oko 20 časova obaviještena da je u dvorištu kuće M.L. u selu Berislavci u Zeti aktivirana eksplozivna naprava.
– Policijski službenici CB Podgorica su odmah po obavještenju izašli na lice mjesta, koje su obezbijedili do vršenja uviđaja. O događaju je obaviješten državni tužilac u Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici. Uviđajem je konstatovano da dejstvom eksplozivne naprave nije nastala materijalna šteta, izuzev kratera na mjestu na kojem je aktivirana naprava. Došlo smo do saznanja da je u dvorištu ovom prilikom aktiviran dinamit – piše u saopšenju policije
Sumnja se da je Ajković počinio ovo krivično djelo, koje je, kako se sumnja, motivisano nesuglasicama koje su on i M. L. imali u prethodnom periodu.
Nadležni tužilac je događaj kvalifikovao kao krivično djelo nedozvoljeno držanje oružja i eksplozivnih materija. Izuzeti tragovi sa lica mjesta upućeni su u Forenzički centar radi vještačenja.
