Umjereno do potpuno oblačno, mjestimično kiša ili pljusak i grmljavina, u planinskim predjelima susnježica i snijeg, a u nižim predjelima, na sjeveru, kiša i snijeg. Na krajnjem sjeveru i sjeveroistoku zemlje znatno manje padavina. Vjetar, na sjeveru, u višim planinskim predjelima tokom dana a u noćnim satima u većem dijelu zemlje, umjeren do jak, južnih smjerova. Jutarnja temperatura vazduha od -3 do 8, najviša dnevna od 0 do 11 stepeni.
Podgorica: Pretežno oblačno, povremeno kiša, mogući i pljuskovi i grmljavina. Vjetar slab do umjeren, u noćnim satima umjeren do pojačan, istočnih smjerova. Jutarnja temperatura vazduha 6, najviša dnevna oko 8 stepen
