Većini roditelja je, naravno, jedino važno da dijete bude živo i zdravo, kog god da je pola. Međutim, pored te, najvažnije, stvari, mnogi od njih, ipak, priželjkuju sina ili ćerku.
Do sada još uvijek nije pronađen pouzdan metod koji će garantovati određeni pol djeteta, ali postoje određene tehnike koje, navodno, umnogome povećavaju šanse. Na vama je da isprobate.
Metod dr Landruma Šetlesa
Ova tehnika ima određenu naučnu vrijednost, a dr Šetles tvrdi da je uspješna u preko 80 odsto slučajeva, ako par želi dječaka i u oko 75 odsto slučajeva, ako žele djevojčicu. Temelji se na tempiranju seksa prema ovulaciji. Tako oni koji žele dječaka treba da planiraju seks na sam dan ovulacije, dok oni koji žele djevojčicu to treba da urade 3-4 dana prije ovulacije. Šetles tvrdi da je njegov metod tačan jer je polna ćelija koja nosi X hromozom i rezultira rođenjem djevojčice, veća i sporije se kreće, ali duže živi od Y (muškog) hromozoma koji je manji, brži i kraće živi.
Uticaj ishrane
Ovaj metod većinom dobija pozitivne kritike od novopečenih roditelja, a temelji se na vjerovanju da ishrana buduće majke utiče na pol djeteta jer menja pH vrijednost reproduktivnog trakta. Y, muški, hromozomi najbolje “uspijevaju” u alkalnoj sredini, dok X, ženski, hromozomi više vole kiselu sredinu. Tako, ako par želi dječaka, majka treba da jede puno mesa, jaja, i uopštenoo namirnica bogatih proteinima. Za djevojčicu, dobra je ishrana bogata kalcijumom – pa žena treba da pije puno mlijeka, ali i da jede ribu, zelenu salatu … Prema istraživanjima, ovaj metod je uspješan u oko 80 odsto slučajeva.
Metod 0 + 12
Ovaj metod je otkrila jedna australijska majka koja je imala šest sinova i godine je provela nadajući se ćerki. Nakon što je isprobala brojne metode, odlučila je da isproba seks tačno 12 sati nakon ovulacije, koju je mjerila trakicama koje se mogu kupiti u apoteci. Uspjela je i posle samo jednog odnosa dobila je djevojčicu. Tokom godina, ovaj metod se pokazao 70 odsto pouzdanim.
Prava seks-poza
Takođe se zasniva na bržem kretanju muških spermatozoida i sporijem kretanju ženskih. Kiselost vagine ugrožava začeće dječaka, pa oni koji žele da beba bude muško treba da koriste poze koje omogućavaju duboku penetraciju tokom ovulacije.
