Evo kako da pripremite čuveni sarajevski ćevap
Najpopularnije bh. jelo, sarajevski ćevapi, imaju korijen riječi persijskog porijekla, a znači prženo meso.U nastavku vam donosimo recept kako da sami napravite smjesu za ćevape kao pravi ćevabdžija.
Poenta u svemu je dobro meso, način pripreme i da smjesa odstoji, piše sarajevski Avaz.
Potrebno vam je 1,5 kg mljevene junetine, ½ kg janjetine, 4-5 čena bijelog luka, 2 posto od ukupne količine mesa, soli i 2 kašičice sode bikarbone.
Meso isječeno na kockice dobro posolite, izmiješajte i prelijte sa oko 100 ml vode i bijelog luka koje ste ranije prokuvali.
Potom smjesu izmiješajte i ostavite preko noći u frižideru.
Smjesu sjutradan sameljite u mašini za meso dva puta, ostavite da stoji nekoliko sati na sobnoj temperaturi, a zatim stavite u frižider.
U smjesu prije nego krenete oblikovati ćevape umiješajte sodu bikarbonu.
Uživajte u ukusnom i sočnom ćevapu.
