FALSIFIKOVALA TRANSAKCIJE: Radnica banke u Herceg Novom sa računa klijenata podigla 229.000 eura
Policija je podnijela krivičnu prijavu Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Herceg Novom protiv Z.V. (44) iz Herceg Novog zbog sumnje da je izvršila krivično djelo zloupotreba položaja u privrednom poslovanju u produženom trajanju.
“Z.V. je kao zaposlena u filijali jedne banke na radnom mjestu „komercijalista V“, kako se sumnja, u namjeri da sebi ili drugom pribavi protivpravnu imovinsku korist, u periodu od 2018. godine do kraja 2020. godine, zloupotrebom položaja i povjerenih sredstava na radu, sa A – Vista (transakcioni račun) klijenta banke, realizovala veći broj transakcija podizanja novca, te je na taj način neovlašćeno podigla novac u ukupnom iznosu od 214.050 eura, a koji novac je prisvojila”, navode iz Uprave policije.
Vuletić je radila u filijali Hipotekarne banke u Herceg Novom.
Utvrđeno je, kako navode iz policije, da je prijavljena prekoračenjem granica svog položaja i zloupotrebom povjerenja u pogledu raspolaganja tuđom imovinom koja joj je povjerena na radnom mjestu navedeni novčani iznos protivpravno prisvojila na način što je bez zahtjeva, znanja i prisustva klijenta realizovala isplatne naloge na ime klijenta – državljanina Francuske, na kojima se kao inicijator isplatnog naloga prijavljena potpisivala imenom klijenta, odnosno falsifikovala njegov potpis.
Daljim sprovođenjem izviđajnog postupka policija je došla do sumnje da je Z.V. na isti način zloupotrebom svog položaja i povjerenih sredstava na radu, bez zahtjeva, znanja i prisustva klijenata realizovala isplatne naloge na ime još dva klijenta pomenute banke i to sa deviznog računa jednog klijenta u periodu od 27. januara do
5. februara 2021. godine u iznosu od 3.150 eura, kao i sa „štednog računa“ drugog klijenta 31. jula 2021. godine novac u iznosu 11.800 eura.
Takođe je, kako dodaju, utvrđeno da su navedene transakcije u ukupnom iznosu od 229.300 eura sprovedene kroz informacioni sistem banke upotrebom pristupne šifre kojom je bila zadužena i koju je isključivo koristila i mogla koristiti Z.V.
“S obzirom na to da je ova banka klijentima izdala garancije za sredstva na računima i da je dostavila dokaze da su izvršeni povrati sredstava na računima gore navedenih klijenata, Z.V. je na opisani način nanijela štetu pomenutoj banci u ukupnom iznosu od 229.300 eura”, zaključuju iz UP.
