Ristu Jovanoviću ŠEST mjeseci zatvora

Sud u Prištini osudio je crnogorskog državljanina Rista Jovanovića na šest mjeseci zatvora.

Jovanović je uhapšen prošlog mjeseca, tokom obilježavanja Vidovdana na Gazimestanu, zbog izazivanja razdora i netrpeljivosti. Za krivično djelo koje mu je stavljeno na teret, kazna je do pet godina zatvora.

Sud može da uvaži i zamjenu kazne zatvora za novčanu u iznosu od 6.700 eura, sa čim se Jovanović složio.

Sud je u odluci naveo da je Jovanović imao namjeru da izazove razdor i netrpeljivost između etničkih zajednica, prenosi RTS.

Zbog toga ga sud, kako se navodi, osuđuje na šest mjeseci počevši od datuma izricanja presude.

Vrijeme provedeno u pritvoru biće mu uračunato.

Jovanoviću se zabranjuje ulazak na Kosovo u narednih pet godina.

Tužilac je u sudskom pretresu prije dva dana optužio Jovanovića “da je na Gazimestanu umišljajem podsticao i širio javno mržnju, razdor i netrpeljivost između etničkih i vjerskih grupa koje žive na Kosovu.

“Ubijte Ši***ra”, “Kosovo ćemo oprati krvlju”, “Kosovo je Srbija”, “Šip****ma će biti tijesno”, to je navodno Jovanović govorio na Gazimestanu, a tužilac je krivicom smatrao i to što je podizao tri prsta.

Jovanović je na suđenju rekao da se ne osjeća krivim i dodao da ne mrzi nijedan narod.

Suđenje Jovanoviću bilo je zakazano po hitnom postupku, a svjedoci odbrane i Jovanovića, nemarnošću sudske administracije, nisu dobili pozive za pojavljivanje, prenio je ranije portal RTS-a.
