20 savjeta Uroša Petrovića koji će roditeljima OTVORITI OČI: Prvo, ne radite stvari umjesto djece!
Uroš Petrović poznat je kao pisac knjiga za djecu i mlade koje “razmrdavaju vijuge” i pomjeraju granice u savremenoj srpskoj literaturi.
Takođe, sa dr Rankom Rajovićem stvorio je i tzv. NTC sistem učenja, posvećen je radu sa vaspitačima, nastavnicima i roditeljima na razvijanju darovitosti kod djece i poboljšanju pristupa obrazovanju. Evo nekih od njegovih najinspirativnijih misli koje mogu biti od koristi roditeljima i onima koji rade sa djecom – vaspitačima, učiteljima i nastavnicima:
1.”Sve što uradite umjesto svog djeteta, uradili ste protiv njega”
2. “Uvažavajte i podržavajte vaspitače i učitelje, oni utiru najvažnije staze!”
3. “Prezaštićivanje je direktno upereno protiv djeteta, bomba sa odloženim ali dugoročnim dejstvom. Prepreke i problemi pokreću. Tamo gdje je sve potaman, izostaju stimulansi za razvoj.”
4. “Ako pristupanje gradivu nije makar malo zanimljivo, obrazovanje se ne događa. U suprotnom, nema granice u tome šta, koliko brzo i uspješno dijete može da savlada.”
5. “Dječja radoznalost je neograničeni izvor obnovljive energije. Da li umijemo da je pridobijemo za željene ciljeve i tu moćnu silu iskoristimo za napredak?”
6. “Otkrivanje je važnije od otkrića. Trenutak otkrića pravog odgovora nije ni blizu toliko važan koliko put do njega.”
7. “Niko period do šeste godine života ne shvata primjerenim za ozbiljno obrazovanje, a on je najvažniji. Tada se dijete obrazuje kroz igru.”
8. “Kad utihne igra, sve ostalo izgubi boju. Mislim da onaj ko prestane da se igra, bilo da radi kao predsjednik države ili šumar pripravnik, ima veliki problem.”
9. “Samo jedna vrsta inteligencije ne znači mnogo. Jako su važni i drugi vidovi inteligencije, a ima ih puno. Šta znači jedna savršeno naštimovana žica na gitari? Ako su ostale loše, akord će zvučati nesnosno.”
10. “Paradoksalno, u vrijeme ekspanzije 3D tehnologije, avanture odrastanja djece svode se sve više na 2D, na ekrane. Mi smo imali 3D djetinjstvo, ekrani su tada bili sputani. Analogijom, možda je ovo danas sputano djetinjstvo!”
11. “Nema iskoraka bez date mogućnosti da se on napravi, i nema velikih avantura bez prvog koraka.”
12. “Najveća avantura koja može da se dogodi je ona koja se dogodi u mozgu. Dijete koje ne čita u ranom djetinjstvu, u nižim razredima osnovne škole, neće imati bogat rječnik. Dijete koje nema bogat rječnik, neće moći da obavlja mnoga zanimljiva i lijepa zanimanja u životu.”
13. “Ono zbog čega sam tužan je što djeca danas imaju vrlo malo igre napolju, što rijetko vidim razbijena koljena, što nestaju stare igre… Dijete koje ne hoda po ivičnjaku neće razviti centar za ravnotežu, dijete koje je skroz zaštićeno neće napredovati.”
14. “Odrasli imaju mnogo više obrazovanja i iskustva, ali imaju mnogo manje mašte i hrabrosti.”
15. “Ja nisam protiv toga da se djeca upoznaju sa računarima i tehnologijom, ali je umjerenost jedna velika vještina i vrlina. Pola sata do 45 minuta – je najviše što dijete smije da provede pred ekranom.”
16. “Baviti se svojim djetetom – može li se na pametniji i smisleniji način uopšte provoditi vrijeme? Ne postoji važniji posao od bavljenja djecom.”
17. “Jedan sat igranja video igrica – to je nekoliko hiljada pokreta manje. A svaki pokret manje koji dijete napravi jeste gubitak za razvoj mozga.”
18. “Mozak razumije samo jedan jezik – ono što dijete radi. Dijete mu svjom djelatnošću saopštava šta da razvije”
19. “Mi se kao roditelji polomimo da nam djeca što brže prohodaju i progovore, a onda im govorimo – ćuti, sjedi i budi miran.”
20. “Sve u životu vrijedi upravo onoliko koliko si se pomučio da do toga dođeš.”
