“Crnogorski građani kupuju STRUJU “NA CRNO””
“Većina građana, koji svakim danom sve više dokazuju ekološku osvješćenost, ne bi željela da kupuje električnu energiju dobijenu iz malih hidroelektrana, zbog uništavanja naših najljepših divljih rijeka, njihovih i povezanih ekosistema, endemskih i zaštičenih vrsta i uprkos opravdanom protivljenju lokalnog stanovništva”
Građani Crne Gore, kao potrošači, imaju pravo na izbor električne energije koju im snabdjevač isporučuje, shodno porijeklu proizvodnje, jer to im otvara mogućnost da utiču i na kvalitet životne sredine i održivo korišćenje prirodnih resursa u društvenom vlasništvu, smatra Ekološki pokret “Ozon”.
Iz “Ozona” poručuju da zabrinjava što potrošači nemaju osnovne informacije o porijeklu struje koju kupuju za domaćinstva, praćenu odgovarajućim garancijama porijekla, čime im se grubo krše prava na informisanje i učešće u procesu donošenja odluka, garantovana Ustavom, čitavim nizom zakona iz oblasti životne i potpisanim međunarodnim ugovorima, poput Arhuske konvencije.
“Sigurni smo da većina građana, koji svakim danom sve više dokazuju ekološku osvješćenost, ne bi željela da kupuje električnu energiju dobijenu iz malih hidroelektrana, zbog uništavanja naših najljepših divljih rijeka, njihovih i povezanih ekosistema, endemskih i zaštičenih vrsta i uprkos opravdanom protivljenju lokalnog stanovništva”, poručuju iz “Ozona”.
Smatraju da je neophodno hitno zakonski urediti to pitanje od javnog interesa, jer se u suprotnom sistemski doprinosi grubim kršenjima garantovanih prava i otvoreno favorizuju određene interesne grupe, koje prirodne resurse posmatraju iskuljučivo sa aspekta privatnog profita, što bi po nama bio udar i na Ustav i sistem i njegovu najvažniju instituciju građanina.
“Ekološki pokret “Ozon” će uputiti inicijative na sve relevatne institucionalne i pojedinačne adrese, iz sve tri grane vlasti, raditi na dobijanju što veće podrške civilnog društva i medija i koristiti sve mehanizme učešća u procesu donošenja odluka, poput e-peticije, kako bi svim građanima omogućili da se uključe i iskoriste svoja prava”, poručuju iz “Ozona”.
Riječ je, kako navode, o problematici koja zaslužuje i pažnju i podršku univerziteta i stručne javnosti.
“Nadamo se da će konačno svi prepoznati životnu i suštinku potrebu učešća u javnoj argumentovanoj diskusiji o pitanjima koja su od važnosti za cijelo društvo, demoktratsku kulturi i javni interes, što pravo na informisanje o porijeklu stuje koju plaćamo, nesporno jeste”, zaključuje se u saopštenju ekološkog pokreta “Ozon”.
