KABINET PPV: Nacrt Zakona o tužilastvu preveden i poslat EK, suština je napredak u poglavljima 23 i 24
Kancelarija Glavnog pregovarača dostavila je Evropskoj komisiji (EK) nacrt izmjena i dopuna Zakona o tužilaštvu, sa prevodom na engleski jezik, saopšteno je iz kabineta potpredsjednika Vlade Dritana Abazovića.
“Napredak u poglavljivima 23 i 24 je ključ našeg integracionog uspjeha, a on nije moguć sa zarobljenim, neefikasnim i politički podobnim tužilaštvom. Zbog toga je i ovaj Zakon osnovni predluslov suštinskog napretka Crne Gore u procesu evropskih integracija”, navodi se u saopštenju.
Iz kabineta potpredsjednika Vlade kažu da se raduju dijalogu i svim sugestijama od evropskih partnera, ali i od civilnog sektora i svih drugih zainteresovanih strana.
“Predlog izmjena zakona je u potpunosti usklađen sa predlozima Venecijanske komisije, ali je i plod šireg društvenog konsenzusa, koji je i neophodan našem društvu kako bi na kvalitetan način sproveli reformu. Ko god to ne razumije ili se ograđuje od reformi u tužilaštvu, u direktnoj ili uvijenoj formi, a dolazio iz vlasti ili opozicije, na sebe preuzima odgovornost za izostanak suštinskih rezultata u borbi protiv organizovanog kriminala i korpucije”, navodi se u saopštenju.
