Miličković je visok oko 1.75 centimetara, crnih očiju i crne kose.
U trenutku nestanka Ivan je bio u crnoj trenerci i crvenoj jakni. Miličković vozi automobil marke Passat CC registarskih tabla PG-GJ-133.
Porodica moli sve koji su ga vidjeli ili mogu dati informaciju o njemu da pozovu na broj telefona 067-310-007 ili da obavijeste najbližu policijsku stanicu.
