Pod­go­rič­ka po­li­ci­ja uhap­si­la je Mi­ša Ve­šo­vi­ća (33), bez­bjed­no­sno in­te­re­sant­no li­ce ko­je se od sre­di­ne ja­nu­a­ra po­tra­ži­va­lo na­ci­o­nal­nom potjernicom. Slu­žbe­ni­ci CB Pod­go­ri­ca ak­ci­ju li­še­nja slo­bo­de re­a­li­zo­va­li su prek­si­noć, oko 19 ča­so­va, u uli­ci Vo­ji­sla­vlje­vi­ća u Pod­go­ri­ci. Za Ve­šo­vi­ćem se tra­ga­lo od 13. ja­nu­a­ra ove go­di­ne, ka­da je, ka­ko se sum­nja, po­či­nio dva kri­vič­na dje­la, i to pro­tiv­prav­no li­še­nje slo­bo­de na šte­tu V.J. iz Pod­go­ri­ce i na­sil­nič­ko po­na­ša­nje na šte­tu M.G., ta­ko­đe iz Pod­go­ri­ce.
– Sum­nja se da je Ve­šo­vić 13. ja­nu­a­ra, oko 19 ča­so­va, u uli­ci Mar­ka Ra­do­vi­ća u Pod­go­ri­ci vo­zi­lom pre­sreo V.J. i M.G. On je tom pri­li­kom, ka­ko se sum­nja, fi­zič­ki na­pao M.G., za­dav­ši mu vi­še uda­ra­ca ru­ka­ma i no­ga­ma u pred­je­lu gla­ve. Po­tom je, sum­nja se, na­kon što je M.G. pao na tle, pro­tiv­no nje­noj vo­lji u nje­go­vo vo­zi­lo uba­cio V.J. a po­tom za­klju­čao vra­ta vo­zi­la i uda­ljio se sa njom sa li­ca mje­sta. Na­kon iz­vje­snog vre­me­na on je pu­stio V.J. iz vo­zi­la i po­bje­gao – sa­op­šte­no je iz po­li­ci­je.
Slu­žbe­ni­ci CB Pod­go­ri­ca su, po pri­ja­vi do­ga­đa­ja, u krat­kom ro­ku iden­ti­fi­ko­va­li Ve­šo­vi­ća i o do­ga­đa­ju oba­vi­je­sti­li dr­žav­nog tu­ži­o­ca u Osnov­nom dr­žav­nom tu­ži­la­štvu u Pod­go­ri­ci, ko­ji je kva­li­fi­ko­vao kri­vič­na dje­la. Za osum­nji­če­nim je ras­pi­sa­na na­ci­o­nal­na po­tra­ga zbog osno­va­ne sum­nje da je po­či­nio na­ve­de­na kri­vič­na dje­la i za njim se od tog mo­men­ta tra­ga­lo. Ve­šo­vić je, uz kri­vič­nu pri­ja­vu, pri­ve­den nad­le­žnom tu­ži­o­cu, ko­ji će do­ni­je­ti od­lu­ku o nje­go­vom za­dr­ža­va­nju.
Pod­sje­ti­mo, Ve­šo­vić je vi­še pu­ta pri­ja­vlji­vao da je na­pad­nut, a i sam je pri­vo­đen u ne­ko­li­ko na­vra­ta. Pri­je dvi­je go­di­ne je osu­đen na go­di­nu i po za­tvo­ra zbog iz­nu­de. Istom pre­su­dom Ivan Mi­lič­ko­vić osu­đen je na go­di­nu i dva mje­se­ca iza re­še­ta­ka, a Ko­sta Ob­ra­do­vić na go­di­nu za­tvo­ra. Pre­su­du je u Osnov­nom su­du u Pod­go­ri­ci iz­re­kla su­di­ja Na­da Ra­bre­no­vić.
Oni su ogla­še­ni kri­vim jer su od bra­će Vu­ka i Ni­ko­le Bu­ri­ća iz Pod­go­ri­ce iz­nu­di­li 1.632 eura.
Ve­šo­vić, Ob­ra­do­vić i Mi­lič­ko­vić su 14. apri­la 2015. go­di­ne, oko 18 ča­so­va, pri­jet­njom i si­lom pri­nu­di­li bra­ću Bu­rić da im pre­da­ju no­vac.
Ve­šo­vić je tra­žio da mu pla­te šte­tu na vo­zi­lu ko­je su Bu­ri­ći iz­naj­mi­li od nje­ga. Okri­vlje­ni su ih, kad su se sre­li u Si­ti kvar­tu, obo­ri­li na ze­mlju i uda­ra­li ih u gla­vu.
Ta­ko­đe, kra­jem pro­šle go­di­ne Ve­šo­vić je po­li­ci­ji pri­ja­vio da je na nje­go­vo vo­zi­lo pu­ca­no, a na­pa­da­či ni­je­su pro­na­đe­ni.

Negira krivicu

Osumnjičeni Vešović je, kako saznajemo, u policiji negirao izvršenje krivičnog djela koje mu se stavlja na teret. Negirao je da je protivpravno lišio slobode djevojku V.J. On će uz krivičnu prijavu biti predat dežurnom sudiji za istrage Višeg suda u Podgorici koji će odlučivati o pritvoru.
