VELJA NEVOLJA I ČLANOVI NJEGOVE GRUPE OSTAJU IZA REŠETAKA: Produžen pritvor Belivuku i njegovoj ekipi
Dežurno krivično vanpretresno vijeće Višeg suda u Beogradu donijelo je rješenje kojim je Veljku Belivuku i još 26 okrivljenih za najteža krivična djela produžen pritvor do 30 dana, tok je još troje iz grupe pušteno da se brani sa slobode, saopšteno je danas iz tog suda.
Pored ostalog, pritvor im je produžen zbog opasnost od bjekstva, uticaja na svjedoke, da će u kratkom vremenskom periodu ponoviti krivično djelo i jer je za krivična djela koja im se stavljaju na teret propisana kazna zatvora preko deset godina, javlja Beta.
Pritvor im je produžen i zbog načina i težine krivičnih djela koja su dovela do uznemirenja javnosti, što može ugroziti nesmetano i pravično vođenje krivičnog postupka, navedeno je u saopštenju.
Odluka o produženju pritvora odnosi se na okrivljene V.B, M.M, M.B, M.B, S.L, N.J, N.Dj, D.T, V.D, N.S, A.V, N.L, M.T, F.I, Ž.К, V.G, S.S, B.К, N.S, V.G, M.A, A.Š, M.S, M.L.S, A.D, A.Š i A.S, dok za trojicu okrivljenih – B.H, V.Đ, i V.D tužilaštvo za organizovani kriminal nije ni predložilo pritvor, navodi se u saopštenju.
Protiv navedenog rješenja okrivljeni i njihovi branioci imaju pravo žalbe Apelacionom sudu u Beogradu, u roku od tri dana od dana prijema pisanog otpravaka.
