Pejović prihvatio poziv na pregovore o sudbini KAP-a
Vlasnik Uniproma Veselin Pejović prihvatio je poziv na pregovore o sudbini Kombinata aluminijuma i ovlastio glavnog direktora Nebojšu Dožića da učestvuje u večerašnjem sastanku sa predstavnicima Elektroprivrede i Ministarstva ekonomskog razvoja.
Prema informacijama “Vijesti” pregovaraće se o mogućnostima da EPCG privremeno na nekoliko mjeseci nastavi prodaju struje Unipromu što sada omogućava dobra hidrološka situacija, kao i o tome da EPCG preuzme – kupi fabriku od Uniproma.
Koliko bi Pejović tražio za fabriku nije poznato. Prema zvaničnim podacima on je imovinu fabrike iz stečaja kupio za 20 miliona eura, dok je prema njegovim tvrdnja u njenu rekonstrukciju i izgradnju dva nova pogona uložio 50 miliona eura.
Najveći dio imovine fabrike nalazi se pod zalogama komercijalnih banaka ali i državnog Investicionog razvojnog fonda.
Zaposleni u KAP-u su na današnjem zboru odustali od radikalnih mjera nakon što im je iz menadžmenta saopšteno da će prihvatiti poziv za večerašnje pregovore.
